Our fast-growing organization is searching for a business development professional. As a part of the Ride-hailing team, our ideal candidate will demonstrate to inDrive's sustained growth by creating and implementing processes and ideas to support the overall business's financial and sales growth.

What you will do:
  • $ads={1}

    Conduct ongoing market research.
  • Fulfillment of tasks from BDM on time.
  • Working with data from Google Spreadsheets, Tableau, and Grafana. SQL analytics.
  • Settings of an application in a country, localization (banners, ads...)
  • Providing up-to-date deep dive competitive analysis.
  • Coordination of tasks for the country in the cross-team (marketing, support, CRM, legal, sim team) in fields (surveys, custdevs, focus groups)
  • Lead projects (partnerships, country/city business launches, partnerships, and negotiations) marketing campaigns in a region together with the marketing team, competitor analysis, the decision on launches of other cities or business modules)
  • Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
  • lead projects of building marketing strategy, and analysis of digital funnels.

What we expect from you:
  • High level of creativity with a focus on business growth and Expansion.
  • Experience in the ride-hailing industry is a great advantage.
  • High knowledge of financial analysis and business KPIs planning skills.
  • A highly innovative mindset to come up with unique ideas.
  • Up to date on new industry trends.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Business Experience in IT/startups.
  • Ability to demonstrate a b2b sales approach.
  • Fluent in English B2-C2 is a MUST.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills along with negotiations with governmental authorities.
  • Willingness to travel on an ongoing business trip.
  • High level of commitment.
  • Understanding of corporate processes and cross-team management.
